Business Magic: The Bali Effect

It’s not just the sunsets, the temples, or the beachside vibes — Bali has a way of working her magic on everything you touch. And that includes your business.

When I first arrived, I expected beauty and inspiration, but what I didn’t anticipate was how Bali would clear the noise in my life, allowing truth to bloom and my business to flourish in ways I hadn’t imagined.

What’s amazing is how this sacred island seems to get right to the heart of things. It gently reminded me that sometimes the most important thing you can do in your business is choose. You get to choose who you work with, the energy you surround yourself with, and the kind of clients and partners that truly align with your vision.

Bali reminded me of an important lesson I often forget:

A Full Little Boat is Better Than a Big Empty One.

It’s tempting to want a big, flashy business — the kind that looks impressive on the outside. But sometimes, those bigger boats can be weighed down with complaints, chaos, and distrust. It’s a lot of noise. It’s draining.

On the other hand, a little boat filled with magical partners, clients, and collaborators who truly align with your values and purpose? That’s where the magic happens. That’s where your energy thrives.

Your Business, Your Energy, Your Choice.

You have the power to shape your business. It’s yours to design — from the energy you invite into your space, to the clients you work with, to the way you run your day-to-day operations. Your business is a reflection of your inner world.

And part of that choice involves using the most powerful word in your toolkit: NO.

Say no to what doesn’t serve you.
Say no to the things that drain your energy or misalign with your values.
Say no to anything that doesn’t feel like a full, beautiful fit.

But don’t forget: NO doesn’t have to be harsh. It can be said with compassion and truth. The beauty of saying no is that it makes space for everything that is meant for you. For the right people. For the right opportunities. For the work that fills you up instead of depleting you.

The Lesson:

Bali showed me that clarity comes from saying no as much as it does from saying yes. When you know what you don’t want, it’s that much easier to see what you do want — in your business and in your life.

And I’ll say it again: your business deserves nothing less than the energy that’s in alignment with your truth. Don’t settle for anything less.
