Why Simplicity Is My Superpower
I need very little to be happy.
Give me the open road,
the rhythm of landscapes changing softly outside the window,
a makeshift bed in the back of a car —
and I am home.
Let me wake slowly with the sun,
skip the clutter, skip the noise,
maybe even skip breakfast — and simply be.
Water fasting. Body listening. Deep feeling.
The simplicity brings me back to the essence.
In the stillness, I remember:
I already hold what matters most.
Within.
Yes, I’ve had abundance.
I’ve slept in bamboo huts and penthouses,
washed under waterfalls and five-star rain showers.
I’ve worn silk and salt on my skin.
But none of it defines me.
Because I’ve learned not to grip —
not to having,
not to losing.
My joy doesn’t live in what I own.
My joy lives in my heart.
And that… I carry everywhere.
Wealth, Redefined
The richest moments of my life aren’t bought.
They’re shared.
They happen barefoot in the sand,
during belly laughs around bonfires,
in the silence of eye contact with someone who gets it.
No performance.
No pretending.
Just presence.
That’s my wealth.
That’s my power.
That’s my freedom.
And here’s the thing I hold close like a secret:
I am sustainable as f*ck.
Happy as can be.
Creating magic not despite life’s uncertainty —
but because of it.
Because I know:
Everything could disappear from one Monday to the next —
and I would still be me.
Rooted.
Free.
Enough.
