Tonight, the moon is full.
Not just in the sky — but in me.
She rises like a mirror, casting light on what’s been hidden,
stirring tides I thought I had stilled,
whispering in a language only the soul remembers:
“Let it rise. Let it go. Let it become.”
Full moons are not about fixing.
They’re about feeling.
About letting the truth — however raw — come to the surface,
unapologetically.
They’re invitations to sit with ourselves in full illumination.
No filters.
No masks.
Just honesty and light.
So tonight, I sit with all of it:
The ache I tried to bury.
The joy I forgot to celebrate.
The stories still waiting to be rewritten.
I hold space for the part of me that still wants control,
and offer grace to the one who finally surrendered.
Not because I have the answers,
but because I’m willing to listen.
I offer no resolutions.
No to-do list.
Just presence.
And a quiet prayer of trust.
🌕 May the moon take what no longer belongs.
🌕 May she amplify what’s ready to bloom.
🌕 May she remind us that being whole was never about being perfect —
only about being real.

✨ If this speaks to your soul, here’s a simple ritual:
- Write down what you’re ready to release — beliefs, stories, fears.
- Read it aloud under the moonlight — speak it with reverence.
- Burn or bury the note — and with it, the old version of you.
Then place a hand on your heart.
And say:
“I trust the becoming.”
