Leanne’s Cosmic Kick
I couldn’t see where I was going next But I knew I had to go What happened when I knew I had to go and didn’t? Listen to the universe so she doesn’t have to scream I call it: “My Cosmic Kick”

Personal development is an important part of life. Without it, we would be stuck in the same patterns and habits that may not be beneficial. It’s like a cosmic kick in the pants, pushing us out of our comfort zone and into something new. It can be scary, but it’s a necessary part of growth and understanding.
Personal development is about pushing yourself to be the best version of you. It’s about challenging yourself and learning from your mistakes. It’s about finding what works for you and what doesn’t. It’s about taking risks and embracing change. It’s about knowing yourself and what you want.
It’s important to recognize that personal development is a lifelong journey. We should never stop pushing ourselves and never stop learning. There is always something new to learn and new ways to grow. We need to be open to change and be willing to accept new challenges.
It’s also important to recognize that personal development is not something that can be done overnight. It takes time and it takes effort. We need to be patient and be willing to put in the work. We need to be willing to listen to the universe and take action when the time has come.

The importance to bring closure
Step out of everything you thought you knew and everything you thought you were. Clean up your physical and energetical body. Cleaning enough that isn’t you out, that your soul realigns.

Bringing closure to our lives is one of the most important steps we can take in order to move forward from any situation. Whether we have experienced a traumatic event, a difficult relationship, or a challenging job, closure is vital in order to process and heal from the experience. Closure provides us with a sense of understanding, resolution and peace.
When we bring closure to a situation, we are able to step out of everything we thought we knew and everything we thought we were. It is often a difficult process that requires us to challenge our beliefs, evaluate our decisions, and confront our feelings. However, it is important to understand that closure is not a one-time event. It is a series of steps that require us to make sure we are cleaning up our physical and energetic body. This means doing things like forgiving ourselves and others, letting go of old wounds and traumas, and facing our fears.
When we bring closure to a situation, we are able to release the pain and stress that has been keeping us stuck. We can move forward with greater clarity and confidence, and start to make new choices that align with our highest truth. We can create a life that is full of joy and abundance.
There’s nothing we have to put in, experience ecstasy by simply being present in the body
We simply have to unpack everything we’ve inherited from our ancestors.
Everything we’ve received from the institutions.
Let go of all the belief systems, programming, behaviour patterns.
That have divided us between who we are, and who we came here to be.
Taking down all the barriers, we’ve put in place, to protect us from love.

Unpacking the past can be daunting and overwhelming. We often feel trapped in the stories and patterns inherited from our ancestors. We can feel like we’re just going through the motions, living out the same cycles, unable to break free.
But, if we take the time to take a step back and look at the past, we can start to see how we can let go of the things that are no longer serving us. We can start to recognize the beliefs, programming, and behaviour patterns that have been passed down to us, and how they’re impacting our lives.
Beneath all the layers of our inherited patterns, lies our true self. We have the power to reclaim our identity and our freedom. We can choose to rise above our past and create our own future. We can choose to be the change we want to see in the world.
By releasing the old, we can create space for the new. We can open ourselves up to new experiences and possibilities. We can learn to find our own voice and trust our own intuition.
Unpacking our past can be a difficult journey. But it can also be a source of strength and resilience. It can be a journey of self-development.
Get your foundation in place. Really being fully presence in this physical body now. When we are listening to the body, we are listening to our soul. The mind is leading the earth walk.

We have to get the job, get married, have children, work for retirement… Our lives were not designed to be lived like this. They want us to believe. But we are not. Defrag the mind ! Bring into alignment. We come into the coherent of truth. System that feels truth. Goose bumps are truth bumps Use them as navigator into our lives. The most magnificent earth walk of our life.

We have been sold a lie. We have been told that the only way to lead a meaningful and successful life is to get a job, get married, have children, and work our entire lives towards retirement. But this is not the truth.
Our lives were not designed to be lived like this. We don’t have to accept what society tells us. We can create our own path and lead lives that are meaningful to us.
We must start by defragging our minds, bringing our thoughts and beliefs into alignment with our true purpose. When our minds are clear and we can think clearly, we can start to recognize the truth. We can feel it in our bones, the goosebumps on our skin. These are our truth bumps, our guides to navigating our lives.
Let’s take a step back and really think about what kind of life we want to live. What makes us happy? What do we want to achieve in this life? How can we make the most of the time we have here on this earth?
Let’s create a life for ourselves that is full of joy and purpose. Let’s break free from the chains of society and forge our own path.
These bodies, their natural design, is one of ecstasy. Experience ecstasy by simply being present in the body. Come into para sympathetic, rest. Learn to operate. Experience the absolute pleasure of simply being here

Ah, the beauty of the body! Our bodies are not only a miracle of design, but also a source of immense pleasure. By simply being present in our bodies, we can experience a deep sense of ecstasy.
The key to unlocking this pleasure is to become aware of the body and enter into a state of parasympathetic rest. This is a state of deep relaxation that allows us to be more connected to our physical environment and ourselves. From here, we can begin to explore the body’s ability to bring us pleasure.
This pleasure can come in many forms—from the simple joy of a deep breath, to the pleasure of a passionate embrace. No matter what we are doing, the body can provide us with an incredible experience of pleasure.
By tuning into our body’s natural design, we can learn how to operate it to bring us the most pleasure. We can learn to use our physical senses to experience the full range of pleasure that the body is capable of producing. We can also use gentle movement to help us explore the many sensations that our bodies can provide.
When we come into connection with our bodies and enter into a state of parasympathetic rest, we can experience pure bliss.
How to connect to that space?
Have a daily practice. Especially in this digital age. From 9PM-9AM there are no digital devices on around me. When I wake up, I give myself a kiss, I drink 1L of water. Water wakes us up, and activates the large intestine. Our bowels can empty themselves. Should happen daily between 5-7am. If not– we are dehydrated or holding on to shit. Brush, sungazing at sunrise,
absorb lightcodes we need, energises auric field. Good for the imune system and physical body. Chi Gong practice, open the meridians, make sure I get fully into my body. Available to be present in whatever my day brings. With this amount of preparation, it doens’t matter what happens, I don’t get off center. I’m sill in my center. I’m home.

The digital age has us all reaching for our phones first thing in the morning, but I have found it so rewarding to start my day with a daily practice. From 9PM-9AM all digital devices are off around me. When I wake up, I give myself a kiss, drink 1L of water and brush my teeth. This wakes us up and activates the large intestine, so that our bowels can empty themselves.
I also take time to do some sun gazing at sunrise. This absorbs lightcodes we need, energises the auric field and is good for the immune system and physical body. I then do some Chi Gong practice to open the meridians and make sure I am fully in my body.
With this preparation, I’m ready for whatever my day brings and I don’t get off-center. I’m still in my center and I’m home. Doing this practice every day has been life-changing and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to start the day with a sense of balance and peace.
