(Or maybe remembering them.)
I’m not from here.
But I am though.
After two decades of choosing the tropics, coral reefs, rice paddies, and barefoot living…
Touching down on “home” soil — whatever that means anymore — feels like slipping into someone else’s coat. Familiar, but tight in the shoulders.
I fumble with the ticket machine.
I dress like it’s still 28°C.
I sip tea behind a window and watch the seasons shift like old photographs.
My beloved friend Tymberlee once told me:
“You don’t live anywhere. You love everywhere. And you move to see people.”
And god — it landed like a soft bell. Like something I already knew in my bones.
So here I am. Building a life that doesn’t look like anyone else’s.
One where:
🌿 Business isn’t tied to a zip code
🌿 Intimacy is the real currency
🌿 Time is the new luxury
🌿 And purpose isn’t fixed — it blooms, it shifts, it breathes
I’m calling in my people:
The soul-led entrepreneurs.
The digital wanderers.
The creatives with coconut-scented notebooks and stories in their suitcase.
Those who build and rest and play from anywhere — but always with intention.
Let’s trade voice notes from faraway cafés.
Let’s brainstorm barefoot in a Bali villa.
Let’s remember that home has never been a place — it’s been each other all along.
🌀 If your heart whispered yes while reading this, you already belong.
🌺 Come join us in the Slow Secrets Tribe.
It’s where soul meets strategy. Where slow meets sacred.
Where we gather — even when we’re far.
Tell me: where in the world are you right now? And what are you quietly, wildly, tenderly creating?
With love,
Julie
