Movement with Love: Strength, Play, and Breath

Split and handstand training is officially ON! 🙌

But here’s the twist… I’m swapping my ultimate trail running sessions for yoga, long barefoot walks, and playful movement. Because turning 40 has taught me something important: softness is strength.

Softness doesn’t mean giving up. It means moving in ways that nourish, connect, and sustain the body for decades to come.

No more punishing pace.
No more pushing until exhaustion.

Now, it’s about:

  • Strength with breath 💨

  • Flexibility with play 🤸‍♀️

  • Movement that feels good 💛

The goal isn’t perfection. Not splits to the floor or flawless handstands.
The goal is more connection, more balance, more upside-down giggles.

We stretch, wobble, fall, laugh, rise—and in the process, we honor our bodies, our joy, and our freedom to move as we truly are.
