Dissolving any mental or physical tension can cause energy blockages and unhealthy Chi Flow. It will help you recognize illness at its inception, at the organ level, and teach you how to balance the emotion to heal it.

Physical and mental tension can lead to a mess, by practicing gratitude and joy on our internal organs, we can resolve these physical and mental tensions.

Major emotions like anger, depression, sadness, worry, anxiety, and fear can create energy blockages, which may generate chronic diseases and steal our major lifeforce. 

In order to nourish our entire body, Matak Chia inspires us to flush our organs of poisonous negative energy, that is maybe blocking the Chi energy flow by the simple and powerful inner smile meditation which will produce internal awareness.

If you’re having a hard time believing this, just look at a genuine smile. That is transmitted to you, just thinking about it makes you feel positive energy. 

A smile has the power to heal and warm, your inner self. A smile will produce a high grade of energy and promote powerful internal healing, deep relaxation, generating happiness, and ultimately longevity.

Smile at your organs, and thank them for the work that they are doing. It will reawaken the intelligence of your body. Which internal activate anticipate emotional imbalances and inner disharmony before serious illness manifests.

I know, heavy shit. I mean it’s worth a try. It’s quite nice to start your day with the inner smile meditation, smiling at every single organ you have in your body.

It has without a doubt enhanced my health and well-being because extended love and kindness are as simple as a smile, and I feel loved and cared for by myself for myself. Self-love is the key to so much.
