The Visitor in the Meditation Corner

This morning, a tiny bird appeared in my meditation space โ€”
a quiet, humble visitor resting in stillness.
No fear. No rush. Just breath and presence.

I sat beside it, heart open, feeling something ancient whisper through the silence.
Sometimes the universe doesnโ€™t send messages through words โ€”
but through feathers, wind, and pauses.

In many traditions, birds are seen as messengers between worlds โ€”
bridging the seen and unseen,
reminding us of the soulโ€™s freedom,
the lightness of trust,
and the beauty of simply being.

Today, it felt like my heart had taken form โ€”
soft, alive, pulsing with nature.
A mirror of tenderness reminding me that stillness attracts peace,
and love โ€” in its purest form โ€” never needs to be chased.
